The Japan-America Society of Washington DC is pleased to invite you to a reception in the United States Capitol on March 14, honoring the United States' relationship with Japan.
The reception is a preview event for our Sakura Matsuri-Japanese Street Festival on Pennsylvania Ave (April 15-16), which is one of the largest Japanese cultural events outside of Japan, and the primary Japanese event of Washington, D.C.'s world famous National Cherry Blossom Festival. We will feature several of this year's Sakura Matsuri exhibitors, including Suntory Roku Gin, Dassai Sake, and Mars Whiskey.
The reception is hosted by Japan-America Society of Washington DC. It is co-hosted by the office of Senator Bill Hagerty, supported by the Embassy of Japan, and held in cooperation with the US-Japan Caucus.
