Have you ever wondered how soy sauce is made? Now is your chance to try your hand at making your very own soy sauce at home! JASWDC is pleased to partner with San-J, who will provide class registrants with a tamari soy sauce kit and walk us through the process of how soy sauce is created.
Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. We will send the recipe card a week before the class.
San-J will provide tamari soy sauce kits for the class. The kit includes the ingredients, container, and tools necessary to make tamari. The only additional items students will need for the class are salt, water, and a mixing bowl. Kits will be mailed directly to participants. To ensure your kit arrives in time, please register by March 11th. Registration after this date may result in your kit arriving after the class, but you are welcome to join the class to learn how to use the kit once it arrives.
