Join us for Yakibuta Tamago Meshi! Yakibuta tamago meshi is a unique dish created in Ehime Prefecture on Shikoku. A simple dish of chashu pork, fried egg, and rice initially created as a quick and delicious meal for restaurant employees, it quickly became popular with restaurant patrons as well and eventually reached national fame by winning Japan's B-kyu Grand Prix in 2017. The prep video for this class will teach you how to make your own chashu pork, which can also be used for other dishes, like ramen!

Check the ingredients list before registering.  Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. We will send the recipe card a week before the class.
