Japanese izakaya (like an English pub or American bar) are informal restaurants that serve drinks and bite-sized dishes designed to share. Often the welcome refuge of an overworked salaryman, izakaya offer a place to indulge in grilled fish, gyoza, takoyaki, and other fried foods after a long day at work.  In this Japanese Cooking Class, you can create your own izakaya at home with three of our staff-picked favorites: Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Agedashi Tofu (deep fried tofu), and salted Edamame.

Check the ingredients list before registering.  Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. We will send the recipe card a week before the class.
