Gyoza
(餃子), or Japanese pan-fried dumplings, are as popular as ramen in Japan. You can find these mouthwatering dumplings being devoured by salarymen at late-night izakaya, served as a side at ramen shops, or even at grocery stores and festivals.  Over two sessions* you will learn to make gyoza from scratch while picking up some tips and tricks for the perfect crispy base and juicy filling.

Check the ingredients list before registering.  Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. We will send the recipe card a week before the class.

*This class will be held over two consecutive evenings (Oct 1 & 2) so please make sure you are available both nights before registering.
