They’re soft, fluffy, and totally Instagram-able: Japanese Souffle Pancakes!  Learn how to make this Tokyo brunch sensation at our first ever breakfast Japanese Cooking Class. 

Our pancakes will be flavored with vanilla and matcha powder but feel free to substitute with your own flavor combinations or jazz it up with fruity decorations.

Check the ingredients list before registering.  Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. We will send the recipe card a week before the class.

Ingredients

  • Cake flour
  • Skim milk
  • Unsalted butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Green tea (matcha) powder
  • Granulated white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cream of tartar
