Skip the sandwiches and make your own Japanese lunchbox in this Kara-age Bento Japanese Cooking Class. A staple of Japanese cuisine, bento come in all shapes and sizes and can contain many different dishes – from baked salmon konbini (convenience store) bento to luxurious wagyu beef ekiben (train station bento). We have lined up our favorites with crispy kara-age 唐揚げ, wakame (seaweed) salad, and egg & beef soboro rice.
